Contacted Ross a few months ago to get a quote to paint our kitchen and exterior of the house. We were very impressed with initial contact - responded extremely quickly and even sent quote in ahead of us expecting it. His communication throughout has been fantastic and he even arranged for paint samples to be sent to us before starting the job to ensure we were happy with our choices - something we hadn't even thought of asking for. He arrived exactly when he said he would - not only the same day but down to the exact minute. We felt quite comfortable leaving him in our home when we went out. He was extremely respectful of all areas and made sure everything was well prepared and covered. He did a fantastic job of our kitchen (exterior to follow in better weather) - it looks like a brand new kitchen and we love it. He even struggled on when we had a power cut and there was no light available. He provided good, reliable, friendly and efficient service - which is more and more rare these days. Also he is a genuinely lovely guy and is always happy to do whatever you ask of him. Highly impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend Paton Decorators. Ross took a flat that was suffering from water damage and severe wear and tear and made it into something beautiful. Unfortunately we were out of the country when he came to do the work and noticed that we had yet another leak. Ross managed to navigate this as well as our different time zones very well. We felt in such good hands. He always kept us updated as the work progressed. It was so fun to wake up each morning and watch videos of our home grow more and more stunning. Fantastic! Phoned Ross at 7.15 this morning for an urgent repair to a damaged wall. His advice on the phone instantly calmed me down, I sent him some pictures and was reassured he could do this job within a couple of hours.
He was on site within the hour, and within another hour he had fully filled and painted the wall with excellent results.

Paton Decorators spent many weeks during 2019 updating and beautifying our new house in the Highlands. They did a fantastic job fixing, painting and wallpapering the entire inside.
